Location is very near to restaurants and Shopwise. Service is a 5 star, very polite and they explain us everything, they let us put our luggage for a while for free after we check out since we need to go at TECO. Downsides are room can be more clean, the shower and bidet looks disgusting like I wanna brush it. Room spaces is quite tight also. I still want to go here next time.

The staff were very accommodating! The room was very clean, and smelled fresh. There was a very small cockroach, and the breakfast seemed uninspired. Will definitely stay here again because we got more than we paid for. Value for money!

I highly recommend this hotel. The place is so tidy and equipped. If I come back to manila again, I'll definitely book to this hotel again.

clogged toilet as soon as we came and the shower curtain will hug you as you take a shower. Nonetheless, it was a cheap room for a night to rest.

Ok stay, but would not come back Pro’s: very clean room, friendly staff, easy process, quite cheap. 10 min walk outside of the center of Makati with nice shops, restaurants and bars. Cons: our room felt like it could use some maintenance. The bed seemed like it could break any minute and the bathroom door was broken. Aircon took some time to cool the (relatively small) room. When walking back to the accommodation, make sure you don’t step on cockroaches outside (first time we saw so many of them on the streets) - however, this is probably the case in all of Manila unfortunately

The staff were accommodating and friendly. They were very courteous when asking. The hotel itself is clean, you will see it the moment you enter the vicinity. The amenities were in good condition. The room itself is neat and does not have any bad smell. My husband and I had a good sleep also because the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom is big and clean as well 😊 We'll definitely go back to Solace again.
